Somatic therapy invites your body into the room. Through mindfulness, breath, movement, and tracking sensation, we’ll learn to listen to your body's signals, process stored trauma, and build your capacity for regulation and resilience.

I’m Odessa, a somatic psychotherapist. I help high-functioning women, non-binary and trans folks—especially those with BIPOC or mixed race identities—integrate past trauma, heal codependency and build the deeply connected, empowered lives they deserve.
